It always amazes me how 2 different photographers can be on the same shoot and come away with such different images. I guess it shows we really do see things through our own "eyes".

My dear friend, fellow photographer and business partner (we co-own Blubird Images) Larry Stanley took these fantastic photos of me. Thank you Larry for fitting me into your crazy busy schedule. The photos are gorgeous. I feel so lucky to have you in my life. You're going to be a great "Uncle".



Lucca dog, as many of you know, goes everywhere with me. The studio, home, hikes and now, on maternity shoots. He was so content in front of the camera. We couldn't get him to move. Funny dog!

Its one of those funny things... the carpenter house is never finished, the photographer never has photos of herself... Well I've finally got photos of myself! Actually, Larry Stanley, Cali Sparing and I went on this photo shoot over a month ago and I am just finally getting some photos online to show you.

It was literally the last day before the weather took a turn for the worst, September 28th and Larry and Cali met me up in Bear Canyon. We headed up behind the house into the fall colors. Little did we know a cold snap would hit the next day and no more fall colors after that. We really lucked out! Cali and I headed out into the valley to take advantage of the last bits of sunshine.

Anyway, these are photos of me by the fabulous Cali Sparing. Thank you so much Cali! They are gorgeous! I was 30 weeks pregnant. I look about the same now at 34 weeks.
