I grew up in Helena and Billings where my parents have outdoor specialty stores called the Base Camp. We were always out and about camping, hiking, boating and skiing all over Montana and Wyoming. My dad was asked to write an article for the Helena Independent Record that was featured this last Thursday, April 8th on the front of the LIfestyle/Outdoor section of the paper. Here are a few photos of my mom Deb, dad, Scott, younger sister, Cody, our two golden retrievers, Biner and Buster and of course, me! Anyways, thought you all might enjoy some fun pics of my family and me and may like to read the article.

This is me taking a nap on my dad's back, in the Elkhorn Mountains around 1982 with the family dog, Buster.

Everyone was packed up for our first backpacking trip in Elkhorn Mountains around 1982. I was 1 1/2. It cracks me up that my mom had to carry a duffel bag.

That's me on the left and Cody on the right on Canyon Ferry Reservoir.

Another shot from my first backpacking trip in the Elkhorn mountains.

Hilary and Tim were married this March at the Gallatin Gateway Inn. It was a gorgeous classy event, perfectly matched by clear Montana blue sky, sunshine and a warm fire inside. Miss Angela from Fresh Designs did the floral design, Mollie Eckman coordinated the day, Steve Kuntz of Montana Epicurean made and designed the cakes and the ladies at Indulgence did the bride's makeup. The day was flawless! Hilary was so beautiful in her gown and even had accessories lake a winter cape and muff. Tim and Hilary are such a fun perfectly matched couple. I have had a blast getting to know them through their engagement session in January and throughout the wedding planning and wedding day. Congratulations Hilary and Tim!

Lauren,
You amaze me every time. That shot through the wrought iron with the bride and groom in the inner circle is genius. You have such an eye. Loved the ring shot too. Angela, your arrangements were stunning. Tim and Hillary were lucky to have you both!
