You may recognize this handsome crew. They are some of my best clients. I have been documenting their family since before Sawyer was born. I was so excited to get the call to come out and take some photos of baby Ann. What a treat. She is such a mellow sweet girl. At the calm between rain storms we headed into their "yard" for some dramatic and colorful casual portraits. Then, just as the rain, then eventually hail came down we finished the session inside.

Thanks so much Lindsay, Greg, Sawyer and baby Ann! You're the best! Can't wait for the next shoot (perhaps in the new house?).

I realize that I haven't blogged since... well, sometime in May. Bad Lauren!!! I have some great excuses though... I finished the big remodel and moved into my new house and home studio! Not to mention shot 4 weddings and 7 portrait shoots. I forgot how much work is involved with moving! Packing, moving, cleaning, cleaning some more, organizing, reorganizing, phone calls, appointment, changing addresses... the list goes on and on! I am so happy it is over!

The important thing is I am finally starting to catch my breath again and work on what I love to do, LOVE photos, I mean engagement photos... he he.

This is Eric and Kelly, two lawyers who call Missoula their home. Funny story, I was headed up to Whitefish to photograph a wedding there and told Kelly I was coming through town. Turns out she was a bridesmaid in the wedding! What are the chances? At any rate, on my way back from Whitefish these two met me downtown for a fun little engagement session by the river. Thanks Eric and Kelly! Can't wait for the wedding next month!

Many more wedding and engagement photos to come!!! Stay tuned!
