Wow! I get to shoot in the most amazing places! Editing Dani and Brian's wedding I was reminded of how stunning and magnificent Montana really is! The fact that Dani and Brian are beautiful, loving and charismatic actors helps too!  ;)

Dani and Brian's lovely wedding day took place at the Yellowstone Valley Lodge right on the Yellowstone River in Paradise Valley. The weather was glorious, light was right and everything was perfect. Brian was was even able to cast a few lines and get a few bites during the portrait session. The lovely and oh so talented, Kelly Kuntz (2nd camera) is responsible for a handful of these images! Katalin Green and her team at Avant Floral and Katalin Green Event Design is responsible for the beautiful flowers and design. Dani chose a "starry night" theme and I think if played out beautifully. Paradise Valley Grill, Chef Josh Pastrama created an amazing meal and Joe's DJ service (always my local favorite) played some kickin tunes!

Wedding season is technically over for me. I shot my last wedding of the season. Not really though... because there is post-production. My jobs just starts after I shoot a wedding. I have days of work to do on weddings after they are shot. So, there are lots of weddings from this season to still to come. The feeling is a little bitter sweet though. The summer was so fun, jam packed full of travels, love stories and beauty.

This wedding is no exception. This is Eric and Kelly two amazing people from two amazing families. I had the pleasure of meeting and photographing both Kelly and Eric at 2 different wedding, first, Eric's sister Jill's wedding at Moonlight Basin in 2009 and then earlier this summer at Kelly's cousin, Sarah's wedding at Whitefish Lake. The day was gorgeous and HOT! Their ceremony was held at Saint Xavier church in downtown Missoula and reception was held at the Ranch Club on the edge of town. There were cigars, great food, wine, drinks, great toasts, dancing and.... GOLF! It was a total blast and oh so beautiful. My trusty and talented 2nd camera, Merissa Lambert shot with me.
